I didn't want to make a whole tutorial for making good scans so eveyone can just post tips they have to making a good scan and we can all learn something new.

Scan at 300dpi
Make sure you have the descreening filter on
Wipe the scanner bed with a lint free cloth after EVERY scan
Put the cover in the center on the bed and scan around it on every side then rotate and crop in Photoshop
Use clone stamp to get rid of any dust
Save at quality 10 in Photoshop

If you have anymore tips please post them.
