This is my first contribution to the site and is my fist scan in my life!
so i´m sure that it has many errors.
i´m not a photoshop expert, so i tried my best.

In Maximum quality 12.
I´ve used the tutorial
1) Scan at 600 DPI
2) Filters --> Blur --> Gaussian Blur
Set the radius from 0.8 - 1.0
3) Filters --> Noise --> Despeckle
Apply the Despeckle filter 2 times.
4) Resize scan to 300 DPI
5) Filters --> Sharpen --> Unsharpen Mask
Set Ammount to 60%Radius to 1.4
Threshold to 1
6) Image --> Adjustments --> Auto Levels
Image --> Adjustments --> Auto Contrast
Image --> Adjustments --> Auto Color
7) Save your work at maximum quality (12)

Yes, they look good, but they have a minor issues in the borders and i cudn´t find the option "Make sure you have the descreening filter on"
