I have been keeping a close eye on who's scanning what for the dreamcast and you can't help but notice Greenday has done the most so far.
This and the covers to follow are all to say a special thank you to the Greenster. I have had to lay off what gets scanned recently as my printer has been very poreley. And that means even the covers that I scan myself were coming out looking terrible, which I just absolutely hate. It's been feeling a bit better these past few weeks and I thought of scanning and leaving the printing to do, but thats not the way I like to work. As far as the covers go, they are from new factory sealed games that I got hold of this weeek, but even a new 15 year old game gets dis-colored and faded so I darkened the black levels a bit and whitened the whites a bit and touched up bits here and there with a small radius clone brush. The CD's were scanned at 1200dpi the front was aswell and the back was done at 800dpi. The back however is pretty useless, but needed scanning incase my original gets drowned in coffee. Enjoy!! this and more to come, especially Greenday, you probably need a rest, and I have pretty much rested up all I can so look for this section's PAL DC flood on the way. ![]() This game came with a bonus disc which I have included too. ![]() And before I forget the front is meant to have about half a centimetre of white around the edge of it, I have also included a 1 pixel edge in black so you can cut it properly. I will have to add the bonus CD later exactly the same thing has happened twice, SOS. I think it was caused by to many dpi. Lowered the dpi on the bonus to 600 worked fine.
